There are many great car parking games out there, free and playable right in your browser. This article will point out a few that have gotten positive reviews and that would be fun to try. They range from simple but fun time-wasters to more challenging game experiences to titles that will help with real life driving tests.

“Parking Mania”: This game lives up to the expectations you would have for a title of this sort. The goal is to drive a car to a space and park it, maneuvering past obstacles in your way. As you progress through the game, the number of obstacles increases. The game’s very simplicity in terms of action and objective is addicting.

“Car Park Chaos”: A popular title with online gamers, this game is equally addictive. As the one in charge of the Popcorn Cinema’s car lot, a hit movie premiere coming along really makes life interesting.

Working under a time limit, you have to drive each vehicle into its allotted space. Every time you park a car, you earn some cash, but be careful of bumps and dings – damage costs you money. And if you knock a pedestrian, you are fired. You are sure to enjoy this fun time-waster.

“Drivers Ed Direct Parking”: This game lets you practice your parallel park-angles while having fun. With the use of the arrow keys, you have to parallel park your Prius in the marked space while avoiding collision with traffic and other parked cars. This challenging game becomes more so as you progress through the four levels. Driving tips and hyperlinks to resources covering road laws are usually provided with the app, letting you study while you play.

“Drivers Ed Car Game”: Lots of driving students have been helped by this title. There are five levels where you parallel park, pull out of vehicle spaces, do left turns at traffic lights, do left turns at four way stops and proceed through four way stops. Once you have done these practical maneuvers, you are offered the option of taking a test covering each procedure.

Mobile devices are well catered for in the car parking games department. Anyone with a compatible device can practice parking angles, review rules, practice procedures and have a good time stowing vehicles on the go. People who like puzzles should search out those titles that involve matching vehicles to color-specific spaces, or navigating mazes filled with moving (or movable) obstacles and other objects. Players who like a bit of competition will like the ones that include a nefarious rival who will do anything to snag your space before you can.

Do you like playing free games online? You ought to check out these car parking games and truck games.

[I:http://askjooga.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/FrankGarcia0.jpg]Rather than researching new models for 2011, to save a few extra dollars in the present economy, many individuals are opting for used cars. It is a great way to get a vehicle and save money. Of all the important things to determine, first and foremost must be the decision to go with a private seller or an automobile dealership.

However, before determining the purchase route, first the car type itself must be determined. It is only when an individual knows that car they want can they do a search. They should think of items like standard versus automatic and hybrid versus diesel engine versus gas.

Car quality, pricing, and service are determining factors for private sellers or a dealership. Dealerships have a lot to provide individuals that private sellers cannot. This may include certified pre-owned programs and warranties written for date of purchase.

Dealerships also know the history of the second hand vehicle. A private seller may not be forthcoming with the history of the vehicle, especially if it has been in a number of accidents or was even stolen. However, do not fret because there are websites that offer all this information on the history of a vehicle.

With a private seller, you will also have to take the car in to get inspected to ensure there is nothing wrong with it. Do not rely on what the private seller tells you, individuals need to do their own inspection. With a dealership on the other hand, they are forthcoming about problems the car has had but have repaired them before putting them on the lot.

The one benefit of getting used cars from private sellers is that haggling the price is more effective. Private sellers are usually more apt to lowering prices if, for example, something is still problematic with the car. It can be a much harder task to accomplish with a dealership as they need to think about profits and whatnot.

Before you buy anything online, make sure you check HertzCarSales’s awesome hertz car sales, when researching a used car to rent2buy.

Potholes are a dreaded part of every spring driving experience, as drivers across the country celebrate the end of winter only to encounter trouble on the road.

Potholes are a dreaded part of every spring driving experience, as drivers across the country celebrate the end of winter only to encounter trouble on the road.

Potholes form as pavement ages and weathers. The proverbial cracks in the pavement would appear as it begins to lose its efficiency in resisting water. The water that flows into the cracks then expands when frozen, causing the ice formation to dent the pavement. The force of moving vehicles careening back and forth on the road would create potholes.

Hitting a pothole can easily ruin your beautiful spring day, not to mention your tires or wheels. The sharp impact caused by hitting a pothole can cause immediate tire or wheel failure. Another cause of tire failure could be internal vehicle damage that could take months to manifest itself. Despite the dangers of potholes, there are measures you can take:

Keep your tires properly inflated. Keeping your tires properly inflated will help reduce damage from potholes and other road hazards.

If the tread on your tires appears to be uneven, your vehicle may be misaligned. Your car may become improperly aligned if you hit a pothole. You will know this if your car “pulls” to one side while you’re behind the wheel. One good way to make sure your tires and wheels are properly aligned is to visit your friendly Firestone ™ Complete Auto Care ™ for assistance.

Avoid braking upon impact if there is no choice but to hit the pothole. Instead, try to apply brakes before hitting and release them just prior to impact. Braking during the impact sets up the tire and wheel assembly for a “solid hit” against the edge of the hole. Your tires would have to roll gently, instead of skid furiously to avoid major damage to your assembly that might cost you some serious cash.

Spring is the time for cleaning, and it also happens to be the best time to make sure your car is in working condition, and this would include your tires, of course. Your tires have to be properly rotated and inflated, and if need may be, repaired or may be changed.

Remember to check your tire pressure at least once a month and be sure to rotate your tires according to recommendations in your owner’s manual. These are both simple, common sense maintenance techniques, as are the ones discussed above, that could help you protect your vehicle from the dangers of potholes.

A car is an essential item if you need to travel long distances especially for business reasons. You may find that you do not have the capital to buy one. Car leasing is a good option in this case.

A car lease is nothing but taking the car on rent for some fixed time, instead of outright buying. There a lot of useful things associated with a lease option. And the most important of them is that you can enjoy using luxury cars at a meager cost.

The down payment on buying a car is a lot higher than that of a leased car. The more expensive cars are usually more within your reach with the lease option. Many businesses prefer to do this.

If you decide to lease a car, look at all the options first. A low cost vehicle is best so that you can keep your monthly installments down. You need a vehicle that meets your needs and suits your lease budget at the same time.

Once you take a decision on the type of the car, you must try to find dealers who are offering such models on lease. Negotiate the down payment and the monthly rentals and arrive at an agreement. It will be better to go for higher down payments so that the rentals will be low.

You will not own the car. That is something that restricts you in certain ways. Look well at the benefits and disadvantages of lease vs buy.

Make sure you are aware of all the terms and conditions. You may find yourself having to pay extra for excessive wear and tear. Accept the car leasing deal only when you are satisfied that it is fair.

If money for a new vehicle is tight, then leasing a car is a great idea. We have car leases that you should look into right now.

If your motor vehicle dreams are dominated by Q7s, TDIs or A8s, then you’re a certifiable Audi enthusiast. But if your wishes are richer than your finances, you may well be thinking about buying used as opposed to new. Though your savings would be significant, it should go without saying that you should have the would-be ride tested at an Audi auto service center first. While most used car vendors are trustworthy, they may not know Audis as well as domestic vehicles, and of course, making the sale is obviously the highest priority.

While the Audi auto repair and service center should know what to look for, it never hurts if you seem knowledgeable when you take the car in, and make sure that computerized diagnostic testing is done. For a used Audi with 75,000 miles or more some key items to have inspected include:

* The cambelt or timing belt. Although this part somewhat resembles a vacuum cleaner belt, it controls the timing of car engine’s valves and will take three hours to properly remove, inspect and replace if necessary. The manufacturer recommends replacement at 75,000 miles. Was it replaced on the vehicle that you’re looking at?

* Brake fluid. This is supposed to be replaced every 24 months, so a complete service record should reflect this.

* Transmission fluid. Audi recommends it be changed every 40,000 miles.

* Air conditioning: Sure, this is a personal comfort system, but it also purifies the air in the cabin and should be at least “refreshed” every two years.

* Tires: The older the car, the less its tires can be relied on for effective acceleration, steering and safe stopping distances. Moreover, tires with good treads contribute to fuel economy and reduced Co2 pollutants.

A good way to check on the history of your used Audi is to research its CARFAX Vehicle History Report. These records key off the vehicle identification number, or VIN (found on the lower left part of the windshield), to generate information on title, accident history, odometer readings, engine performance tests and the like.

If things are still looking good, the next step is to find out if the warranty is still in place and whether or not it stays with the car regardless of a change in ownership. If you choose to purchase a new warranty, in the words of the old song, “You gotta shop around.” That means don’t just bite on the dealer’s warranty product. The best buy might be available at an Audi backed service provider, or some online source, but be sure to determine the reliability of the company you are purchasing from.

Finally, not to overstate the obvious, but, you’ll want to do a test drive. Look for any transmission slipping or hesitation; peculiar vibrations or warning lights flashing into life on the dashboard. Don’t overlook hitting the freeway where many potential problems might be observed that were absent at lower speeds; pay attention to any strange tire sounds, pulling to the left or right, cruise control, as well as your ease of passing. Don’t forget to test the brakes.

Once you’ve brought your baby home, be sure to keep it maintained at an Audi auto service shop. Because this is an older imported vehicle, it helps to do business with specialists who are familiar with German engineering, and who have established connections for procuring older parts if necessary.

Reproduction permitted only if all active links are maintained and byline is preserved, and/or your byline is omitted. 2011 All Rights Reserved.

If you need foreign car repair service in Denver Author Stephen Daniels recommends the mechanics at Sixth Avenue Auto. They specialize in working on Audis and Volkswagens, but also service domestic cars. All work at this trustworthy neighborhood shop is performed by ASE-certified technicians.

People frequently wonder why people like sports cars. Some say that it is the macho image, some say that it is a striving to revisit the owner’s youth, some see them as sex symbols and pulling magnets and maybe all those are valid, but one thing is for certain, sports cars stand out in an age when you have to be an expert on cars to be able to tell the difference between the different models without looking at the badge.

Modern family cars all look the same; all SUV’s look the same, all pick ups look the same, because they are all designed by computer and computers can only come to one ‘best’ conclusion. Enquire of a computer which is the most aerodynamic shape and it is not going to give you fifty choices, is it? So, all family cars look the same.

But sports cars are all different. Manufacturers of sports cars like their models to stand out for their beauty and style among other items. That is not to say that sports car manufacturers do not use computers, but they can permit themselves more freedom in the design aspect because the engine is going to be stronger and the materials are going to be dearer (which means lighter) and fuel economy is not the name of the game – beauty and style are.

If you have reservations about what I am saying, look at real racing cars like those in Formula One – they all look the same too, because a computer was asked: what is the most aerodynamic and fuel economic shape? Beauty and style are irrelevant in Formula One.

Another reason why people like sports cars is because they are faster than regular cars, although most countries have restrictions on how fast you can drive on their roads. However, the fast acceleration that a performance car like a sports car has, is still useful for overtaking and getting out of difficulty. If used properly, acceleration is a helpful safety feature.

Some individuals also like to show off their wealth by purchasing an ostentatious car, because everybody knows that a Maseratti, a Lamborghini or a Ferrari is very expensive. The appearance of these cars is vital to their owners, because not only are they ostentatious, but they are also beautiful, sleek and stylish and the owner hopes that some of that identity will rub off on him or her.

Different sports cars also have different driving characteristics. While this is a fact of all marques of cars, it does not matter so much if steering is a touch light on a family car travelling at 40 mph, but it does on a sports car travelling at 80 mph.

The car has to be just right for the driver’s ability and preferences. The car will not be manufactured to suit the driver, so drivers of sports cars normally have their favourites the choice of which is affected by its handling characteristics.

A last reason why drivers like sports cars is because they frequently hold their value well and can even increase in value if it is a especially special or desirable model.

Owen Jones, the author of this article, writes on several topics, but is now concerned with how to get cheap 4×4 tyres.

Few people realize the complexity of a car’s transmission. It is arguably the most intricate assembly under the hood; there are myriad moving parts, all of which must act in unison to send power to the drive wheels. This also means it is susceptible to numerous problems, many of them expensive to repair.

Below, we’ll provide a quick guide to the automatic transmission. We’ll focus on how it works as well as the differences in design between a front wheel and rear wheel drive configuration. You’ll also learn how to identify signs of problems, so you can address them before they worsen.

Basics Of How A Transmission Operates

The engine is responsible for generating the necessary power to move the vehicle. As already noted, the transmission’s job is, in part, to deliver that power to the drive wheels. The other part of its job is to help ensure the engine is running efficiently. It accomplishes this by keeping the RPMs within a specific range.

Among the components in an automatic transmission is a gear system made up of planet gears, a sun gear, and a ring gear. They form different combinations with one another to accommodate current driving conditions. As the assembly moves through the various gears and combinations, from first gear onward, the engine’s RPMs are maintained at their optimal level.

The assembly also has neutral and reverse positions. In the former, the engine’s link to the drive wheels is severed. In the latter, the link allows power generated by the engine to turn the drive wheels backward.

Front Wheel Drive Versus Rear Wheel Drive

As we’ve discussed, power is routed from the engine to the drive wheels. This means different powertrain configurations are required, depending on whether the vehicle has a front wheel drive (FWD) or rear wheel drive (RWD) layout.

In an FWD car, the transmission is mounted on the side of the engine. The torque converter sits between the two assemblies, and functions as a channel through which rotating power is transferred from one to the other. Power is sent through the transmission, which transfers it to the front axle (or, drive axle in an FWD car). From there, it is transferred to the wheels.

In an RWD car, the transmission is positioned behind the engine with the torque converter again separating the two assemblies. Here, power must be transferred from the front of the vehicle – where the engine is located – to the rear axle. A drive shaft connects the back part of the transmission to the rear axle, providing a channel.

Signs Of Potential Problems

The first sign of a problem is usually evidence of a leak. You might see a few drops of automatic transmission fluid (ATF) on the ground directly underneath the assembly. While all leaks, regardless of how slight, should be resolved as soon as possible, minor leaks can be addressed in the short run by adding more ATF. But keep an eye on the fluid level. It is declines too low, the transmission will eventually suffer internal damage.

Most leaks can be fixed with a simple reseal job. If ATF is leaking from a seal on the outside of the assembly, fixing it should be relatively inexpensive. The mechanic can do so without removing the transmission from the car. On the other hand, an internal leak is more costly since removal of the assembly is usually necessary.

Another sign of a problem can be observed in the appearance and scent of the ATF. Normally, the fluid should appear translucent and reddish in color. When it looks dirty, it likely need to be replaced. This is also the case if the ATF smells as if something is burning.

If the transmission begins to perform strangely (i.e. hard-shifting, failure to find the right gear, etc.), have a mechanic take a look at it. These problems can often be fixed easily if they are addressed early. Otherwise, they will worsen, and become more costly to correct. At some point, the underlying problem, if left unresolved, may potentially destroy the transmission.

The traffic tickets penalties in Canada can be quite severe when it comes to drinking under the influence. Many people have died when they did not have to and so the laws in Canada are more strict than ever before when it comes to this practice. Here are some questions that one might have concerning this and how it affects those who have to face the penalties.

If one decides to drink and then get behind the wheel, they have much to loose in terms of the privileges they have. They can end up in jail and even though one may not go for a first offense, the price is still quite steep for most people in terms of fines. The only way to avoid jail later on, is if one needs treatment for their alcoholism. But, they will still be kept under close watch.

The second type of charge that one should be aware of is having a high blood level of alcohol. This means that there is over 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood and that this has been tested and recorded by the police. In Canada, driving with this level of alcohol in the bloodstream is illegal and even if a person feels sober, they can still be charged if the tests show that the alcohol level is in excess.

Many times because a person feels sober, they might think that they do not need to take a breath test. This is a test that is done to see how much alcohol is in your blood. But if one is asked to take the test and they refuse, they can be charged as having a high level of alcohol in the bloodstream and therefore receive the same penalties.

There is a warning range that is from 50mg and 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood. In general one can have their licence suspended for a certain amount of time if they have been charged. A police officer has the right to suspend a person’s license immediately for twenty-four hours if they refuse to take a breath test or if they are above the warning range.

What can happen to someone who decides to drive even though they do not have a license? – This person can have their vehicle taken away from them. They call this impounding and it can be in this position for forty-five days. Even if the person does not own the car or other vehicle that they drive, it can still be taken away from them.

Can someone have this charge removed, especially if someone else owns the car? – The penalties cannot be removed if the impounding is for seven days. They will not be able to drive and they might have to go to jail. If they do not have to do either of these things, they might end up having to pay a significant amount of money.

Every time an accident takes place, there is a potential for stiffer laws to be enforce. People can avoid this by not drinking and driving. It will help to prevent the unnecessary loss of lives and will prevent a person from having to face these severe penalties. If one knows they are easily intoxicated it is best to avoid drinking when out all together or have someone drive you home.

A car parts warehouse is really popular due to three things. First, it has numerous products which are sold in numerous brands. Second, you will get the least expensive car part items if you buy them from a warehouse. Lastly, the car parts warehouse is very accessible whichever part of the world you are in.

If you’re trying to find automobile items and accessories, then try going to a car parts warehouse to choose the things you need. You’ll find your superior quality purchases at very reasonable costs in these depots. Find the best storehouse and you will be sure to get the best purchases for your cars.

Things Sold in a Car Parts Warehouse

A car parts warehouse offers a variety of products. They could provide you with rubber or carpet mats for your cars; and they provide other car accessories too. If you are searching for an engine or internal machinery for your car, you can also find those items inside a warehouse. The number of products actually depends on the warehouse that you will.

Some offer only accessories while some storehouses offer a complete range of car materials; that means that they offer you internal and external car machineries or accessories. To ensure that you’re going to a stock-filled warehouse, try calling their service department first and ask if the items you are trying to find can be purchased in their stores.

Car Parts Warehouse Give the Best Selling Price

When you purchase products directly from the shops or from the manufacturers of your cars, you’ll find a few items which are generally out of your budget’s range. So to meet with your financial capabilities, car parts warehouses were created to make certain that you have premium purchases at extremely low prices.

Furthermore, those car parts warehouses that sell online offer a more budgeted buy because they do not need to pay a middleman for the purchases. If you can find direct providers for the things you want, then that would benefit much in lessening your costs.

Where You Will Find a Car Parts Warehouse

A car parts warehouse can be seen anywhere. When you visit downtown, you may be able to find some storehouses that are near your homes. This way, purchasing items is more accessible and convenient for you. In addition, you will find this type of store on the internet. It will free you from the hassle of going over the shop and making the purchase yourself. Whichever place you buy your items from; you just have to make sure that you have a money-back guarantee for the purchases that you’re going to make.

Related to parts for your car, it is your time to consider buying cordless radar detectors and RX65 radar detector. Both of these types of radar detector are great to be set up in your car to protect from radar.

In Canada, anyone who operates a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or has a blood alcohol concentration 80 milligrams or above commits a serious criminal offense. Ontario is one province that has very strict laws regarding driving while impaired.

In Ontario, if you fail a breathalyser or do not comply with police officer’s demand for a breathalyser test, commits a serious offense. If you are convicted for an impaired driving offense, you can lose your driver’s license for at least one year. If you have been charged with driving while impaired Section 253 (a) of the Criminal Code or Section 253 (b) blood alcohol over .08 or Section 254, you should consult with a lawyer who specializes in impaired driving charges to see if you have a defense.

If you plead guilty to an impaired driving charge without consulting an attorney, there can be a number of serious consequences. You will have a record of a criminal conviction for the rest of your life. This could affect your job prospects as you may be denied a job such as a teacher, government employee, etc. You will likely lose you driver’s license for a certain period of time. You will have high fines and court costs to pay. Your insurance costs will drastically increase. The impact will not only affect you but also your family. You will need to install an Ignition Interlock Device on your car and any other vehicle you drive which is very expensive. You must also pay insurance on the interlock device. Anyone who drives your vehicle will have blow into the interlock device, even your teenager. As well, you may not be able to travel to the United States.

You should never plead guilty to an impaired driving charge until you consult with a criminal lawyer who specializes in impaired defenses. The charge is much too serious to manage by yourself, and every impaired driving case is unique and the situations are never the same. Because of how the law is designed in relation to the proof of drinking and driving offenses, there are many grounds for a defense. For instance, the machines used to obtain the blood alcohol readings can be challenged such as providing defense evidence, pointing to evidence presented in the Crown’s case, or both.

Impaired driving cases are not only won, but cases are often won on legal technicalities that you may not know about. In addition, every impaired driving case does not always go to trial. A lawyer can often negotiate an impaired driving charge to a traffic ticket or get it reduced to a charge that does not involve losing your drivers license for an extended period of time. A lawyer with a thorough knowledge of impaired driving issues often can identify an area of the Crown’s case that is weak. An attorney specializing in impaired charges will conduct a detailed review of your case and will be able to advise you on your chance of at defeating the charge. A lawyer will explain the possible specific defenses that fit your unique situation. If you are charged with impaired driving, it is wise to consult with a criminal attorney about whether you should fight the charge.

Getting DUI Ottawa on your driving record can have serious consequences. Find the right lawyers and former police officers to help fight these traffic ticket Cambridge.
