Bankruptcy Fraud Should Be Distinguished From Strategic Bankruptcy

In bankrupcy laws, Is a legal status of a person or an organisation that cannot repay the debts it owes to its creditors. Creditors may file a bankruptcy petition against a business or corporate debtor (“involuntary bankruptcy”) in an effort to recoup a portion of what they are owed or initiate a restructuring. In the majority of cases, however, bankruptcy is initiated by the debtor (a “voluntary bankruptcy” that is filed by the insolvent individual or organisation). An involuntary bankruptcy petition may not be filed against an individual consumer debtor who is not engaged in business.

You put on one of your new funny t-shirts and go to the Farmer’s Market, where you plan on buying some delicious tomatoes.

Zombie Survival As A Metaphor For Modern Survival

Roughly a year ago closest friend urged me to read through World War Z by Max Brooks. Originally I was extremely averse. Zombie type stuff just wasn’t my thing. After much goading, I gave in and purchased a copy. A section into it and I could not put Wold War Z down; I had become simply hooked. After that, I plowed through several similar titles. What ultimately captivated me about Zombie Apocalypse books and movies was the similarity between real life situations and what multiple authors such as Max Brooks were cranking out. It quickly dawned on me the key reason why such a multitude of people in and around survival communities all too often had an interest in Zombie Apocalypse Fiction and would say wacky expressions similar to, “When the Zombie Apocalypse comes.” I now have an understanding of that for these individuals, and currently for me, Zombies are actually a metaphor.
